There is ample parking at this venue. Separate RV parking and quiet camping area is near the entrance. Car Camping and parking for tent parking will be marked on arrival.
Porta potties will be distributed throughout the event area with handwashing stations nearby
There is no swimming access in the lake from the event venue. There is a county park at the end of Linger Longer Road near Quilcene that is good for swimming, about 10 minutes away.
The Gate will be open:
Thursday July 18 from 12pm to 10pm
Friday July 19rd from 8:30 to 10am
Saturday from 8:30 to 10am
For the best event experience, please arrive within these times. If you cannot arrive within these times, just let us know and we will send you arrival details a few days before the event.
– Deep nature immersion is part of the enchantment of this gathering. Bring a tent, rainfly, warm sleeping gear, and flashlight.
– There is car camping where you can sleep in your car, car camping where you can sleep next to your car, and tent camping with parking nearby. There is a separate area for RV camping
There is water onsite, we advise bringing a couple gallons of drinking water if possible to be self sufficient through the weekend.
There are no showers, we hope to have a sauna and showers available brought in. Hand washing water is available near the potties.
Pack in, pack out. Leave nothing behind, carry out your own trash rather than depositing it in the kitchen receptacles. Thank you.
There is no wifi and limited cell service at the site, and limited electricity. (TMobile and Verizon had one or two bars when we did a site visit, but if there are two hundred people all wanting cell service it could be more limited!)
Come with your cell phone charged and put it on airplane mode for the weekend to maintain battery life. Bring back up batteries for devices if needed.
